Perfect Day

Today I have made homemade stew (it's simmering now and smells wonderful), listened to my two happy, healthy kids get along and play together outside. I have also gone on bug hunts where we have found, grasshoppers, ants, ladybugs, fly's, and spiders. My kids have been in love with grasshoppers since we have been home and they seem to be everywhere this year. We watched Beethoven (an old classic) for our quiet time today. It is so fun to just -be- with my kids. Enjoying what they are enjoying and not worrying about the chores that need done. Oh the simple days that are so fun to just sit and enjoy.
